Art Speaks Gallery and Special Events Sponsorships

Every year, The Bay School hosts a variety of events, exhibitions, and programs which brings our community together to enjoy fun-filled creative experiences. Proceeds from these activities, including sponsorships from our generous partners, enable us to provide and expand art-based experiences for artists, young and old, including individuals unable to come to us.

Art Speaks Gallery Monthly Exhibition Sponsorships

We invite you to support this vibrant community through sponsoring an exhibit in the Art Speaks Gallery. Your sponsorship supports the installation costs of the exhibition and the opening reception. As a Gallery Sponsor, for $300 during the month/exhibition of your choice, receive recognition in:

  • The Art Speaks Gallery during the duration of the exhibit
  • Our website and social media postings about the exhibition
  • Our weekly newsletter and flyers advertising the exhibition
  • Press releases/articles about the exhibition

Special Event Sponsorships

You also can choose to be a Special Event Sponsor of an event held at the gallery. Special Event Sponsorships underwrite the cost of these tasty excursions into the culinary world and introduce you to a select group of food and beverage aficionados and art lovers. Special Event Sponsorships are $250 per event with benefits that include recognition in:

  • The Art Speaks Gallery during the event
  • Our website and social media postings about the event
  • Our weekly newsletter and flyers advertising the event
  • Press releases/articles about the exhibition

In 2024, we have one remaining event before the end of the year available for sponsorship:

We are currently finalizing our event calendar and the theme of upcoming special events. Those open for sponsorship include:

  • Feb 19: Culinary Event
  • Mar 20: Mixology Event
  • July 13: Faerie Tea
  • July 17: Wine Tasting
  • Oct 31: Beer & Whiskey Backyard Halloween Party
  • Nov 12: Culinary Event

Although you do not have to advertise to be a sponsor of an exhibition or special event, those that do receive a 10% discount on all advertising purchased during 2025.

Those wishing to sponsor any combination of multiple special events and exhibitions will receive a reduced rate on sponsorships for events or exhibitions subsequent to the first.
